Many appliances cannot be repaired - in times of resource scarcity, this is a real problem for nature and the climate.

It's good that the European Commission is now introducing a legally enshrined "right to repair"!

But to make repairing really more attractive than buying new, the proposal still needs to be improved in some areas!
