The report on my work over the last four years as an MEP for the ÖDP has been published! It has been four intensive years in the fight for more ecological policies in Europe and they have flown by.

As an MEP, these topics are particularly close to my heart and have been the focus of my work in the European Parliament: Nature conservation, animal welfare, health and consumer protection and climate protection.

My aim has always been to anchor our ecological positions and ideas in laws and initiatives of the European Parliament. This was and is not easy - because in addition to good arguments, you also need (political) allies to push through important reforms and new regulations.

I was able to ensure that the legislative proposals and initiative reports that I helped to shape also bear the signature of the ÖDP. Because: Europeans need the ÖDP. Our party is always the necessary corrective that questions the positions of the major parties and acts in the interests of citizens, nature and our environment as a whole.

It has given me great pleasure to fight for you and for all of us on the ecological front.

Now we face another challenge, namely the European elections! We must make ourselves strong and continue to ensure that the ÖDP remains represented in the EU Parliament. Because Europe needs us. I am firmly convinced that, with the help of the ÖDP, we can make Europe a little more sustainable.
