Detergents and cleaning agents are part of our everyday lives. We use them every day! That's why we need to make sure that they are safer for our health and kinder to our environment!

As rapporteur and thus as the European Parliament's main person responsible for the revision of the detergents regulation
, environmental protection, health and consumer protection are at the heart of my efforts!

We need sustainable and environmentally friendly washing and cleaning products. Consumers need to be better informed about how to use them correctly. It must also be ensured that the products are free from hazardous chemicals.
