Our farmers are the backbone of our food supply. They work tirelessly to provide us with fresh food every day.
 
However, our current system has become unbalanced: While large agricultural corporations and supermarket chains are making billions, many farmers are struggling to survive. Many family businesses and farms are disappearing. Farmers also have to contend with a deteriorating natural environment and extreme weather events.
 
 Agriculture and nature are certainly not at odds with each other. On the contrary, they are partners!
 
It's time for change:
 
1️⃣ Farmers should earn a fair income
 
2️⃣ Trade agreements must not harm farmers
 
3️⃣ A fair EU agricultural policy for all farmers, not just the largest farms
 
4️⃣ Reducing bureaucracy for farmers - while protecting nature at the same time
