I was very pleased to meet with Michael Schmaus, the State Commissioner for Disability Issues in Saarland, at the European Parliament last week.

We talked about disability policy issues, in particular accessibility.
It is particularly important at European level to include the needs of people with disabilities even more in our political work in order to ensure the necessary support!
